I’ve finished mixing a 4 song demo for Latin rockers FLUX, produced by Jose Miguel Velasquez. The band is one part Blink 182, one part Green Day (and maybe a dash of Latin Kings).
Also for Jose Miguel, I’ve almost finished mixing the debut album for Venezuelan pop Diva, Karo. Her first single, “La Tonta De Ayer” is currently number 30 on the mexican pop radio charts.
I’ll be participating in T-Mobile’s Rock Band Network Creators Club Workshop in Nashville. Nashville’s October workshop is one of about 10 to be held nation-wide this year. I’ll be sharing my thoughts on the success of the RBN, as well my experience of running a business (my game audio company, Music Game Studio) in a community based forum.
Certainly not least, I’ll be producing a few more broadway musical recording this fall. For Disney, I’m looking forward to working on The Little Mermaid Jr. and Winnie The Pooh Kids. I’ll also be doing The Wizard Of Oz for iTheatrics. Should be an autumn filled with great music.
