Well, since it’s been 4 months since my last confession…

I’ve finished mixing “RENT” for MTI.

I mixed some songs for Country/Rock/Pop artist Rebecca Lynn Howard’s new release.

Producer/ Über Drummer Lee Levin came up from Miami with co-producers Dan Warner and Tommy Torres to record overdubs here with bassist Michael Rhodes for Tommy’s new release, Tarde O Temprano.

Joey Miskulin (Riders in the Sky) was in producing some songs for a new ride at Disney’s California Adventure… featuring Don Rickles as Mr. Potato Head! We tracked and mixed the 3 song project here at My Space Recording.

Singer Matt Belsante returned for his sophomore release on the GreenHills label. The new record was arranged, orchestrated and produced by Chris McDonald. It’s a great record with some serious big band writing and playing by all involved. The album was mastered by Richard Dodd.

Last week I recorded the score for “Beauty and the Beast” for Disney theatrical. I headed out to Sound Kitchen with assistants Steve Beers and Mikey Alred to work with a 30 piece orchestra for the job. David Weinstein came down from NYC to conduct and co-produce the sessions.

Finally… the Schematics Vault is up and functioning. This is a library of almost 1000 pro audio schematics and mods all formatted as multi-page pdf. It is offered as a community research tool, so PLEASE email me if you’d like to contribute to the library.
